Instructions For Returning Goods

For fastest service, be sure to read and follow detail information below before packaging and returning your item:

(1)Defective Products. We will accept returns on website purchases within one week of delivery arrival. All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement, we also will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The customer is liable to confirm with PearlsatPearls.com for a advisable shipping method.The defective products can be refund or replaced as soon as your returned beads arrives.

(2)Non-defective Products. Products that are not defective can be returned for replacement, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application, but must apply within 3 days from the arrival date of shipment. The customer should be responsible for all shipping costs and all taxes.For new buyers,we suggest to order samples to check quality before bulk order,we will prepare bulk order as per the sample you ordered exactly , the products can not be returned,since we have agreed with each other on the sample quality in advance,the sample is just our contract.

Prior to returning the product, contact PearlsatPearls.com customer service department for a Return Authorization. All products returned to PearlsatPearls.com must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and reach PearlsatPearls.com without damage and please note that the parcel is for "return products" and "write value under 10 USD both on the invoice and airway bill".
