3. When choosing land and the final destination is Moscow, we take no more than 40% balance paid our agent in Moscow. Goods will only be released after payment is made.
4. If the goods have not been received 45- 55days after delivery, it will be regarded as a loss.
5. To ensure safe delivery, insurance must be taken. If lost or damaged, you will get full compensation to the sum insured. If there is no insurance, no more than $ 10 / KG will be compensated.

Once your goods are shipped out, we will send the shipping documents (B/L and invoice) to you. The shipping company will contact you once the goods arrive your destination port, then you can pick up the goods from the port with the shipping documents, but you need to do the custom clearance. Each country has different custom policy, you also need to pay some extra fee that depends on each country’s rules. you can contact your local custom or agent for detail, you can also find an agent to do the custom and pick up the goods for you.

The volumetric weight of your order may happens when the volume of the order is larger than the order weight, which is a kind of calculation that reflects the density of a package. The volumetric or dimensional weight is calculated and compared with the actual weight of the shipment to ascertain which ia greater, the higher weight is used to calculate the shipment cost.

The volumetric weight is used onl for express methods: DHL, UPS and FedEX.

Ocean shipping is a little complicated than the other shipping method, for there will be more documents need to provide, here is a brief introduction about the information you may need to provide or confirm when choosing ocean shipping.

1. Confirm the B/L to avoid mistakes, mainly about the consignor’s information and consignee’s information, products name, shipping mark and box number. (consignee from America need to provide email box and fax number.)
2. Consignee from America, Canada, Mexico and Japan need to confirm AMS information, to make sure there are no errors at all.

1. If the consignee is personal not a company, please provide your local social security number and Passport ID.
2. If you can’t provide the up-mentioned information, please inform us when placing the order, we will suggest other shipping method for you.
3. Consignee from America, need to do ISF declaration. We will send the documents to you before shipment, please do the declaration ASAP, otherwise the goods cannot be imported.

Usually it takes 5-7 days for the package to reach you, and if you haven’t received, please contact us within 30 days after getting the tracking number.

And if the goods been tracked in custom, please try to contact with local custom and do the clearance, contact us at the same time. for  if the order can’t be cleared within 30days, it maybe returned or destoryed.then the fee caused by this should be shouldered by customers if we are not informed.

When you pick up the products at your local port, you need to pay the customs for the handling fee, document fee, detention fee etc. You can contact your local forwarder for the details.

If the gross weight of your order is above 300kg (Advise more than 500kg) and you do not need the goods urgently, we suggest you ship the goods via ocean shipping. We now offer FREE shipping charge for ocean shipping, we only charge USD160.00 each shipment for the handling fee.  NO shipping cost. You can choose the nearest international sea port and check out the order, we will send you the invoice. Ocean shipping taking about 15~30 working days to arrive at destination port depends on the distance. But to ship by ocean shipping you need to pick up goods from your local sea port and need to do custom clearance and pay some duty etc., as for duty, there are different rules in different Countries, if you want to know detailed information, you’d better check with your agent or local custom.

While the order is leaving from China, we will be not in charge of the shipping. But when the order arrives at you, you should do the custom clearance, duties  and VAT payment.. etc, after that, you can ship them to your home. But if you feel this is very complicated, I personally advice you employ one shipping agency to do the custom clearance and some things with port, door to door shipment. If you have familiar shipping agency, you can please tell us when we prepare to send the order out. If you do not have any familiar shipping agency and want us to find one for you, we can do that, but the cost will be quoted, which is not included in the USD160 handling fee.
