What does my order status mean?

Wondering what’s going on with your order? You can check on it anytime by signing in to My Orders and opening the order’s details page. Read on to find out exactly what’s going on during each order status update:

Pending
Pending order means that you have place an order successfully, but the order haven’t processed by our staffs, usually there is no shipping cost in your invoice, so we will select the suitable shipping method for you and send the new invoice with shipping fee to you for payment.

Or you have place an order successfully, but you want to revise your order information, such as color, quantity, size and so on, we will revise the order in pending status, so that you can change the order by yourself.

Processing
We are gathering together all the items in your order and putting them through strict quality control checks.

Send
We have sent out your package. You will receive an email from Gets.com with your tracking number, courier name and link for online tracking information, if available. You can also sign in to My Orders to check this information at any time.

Invalidation
All the cancelled orders are in invalidation status, Including orders are cancelled according to your request or cancelled by us.

For example: once you have placed an order from our website for one month but didn’t make the payment for it, we will cancel the order and inform you in time, as we only keep the order for u within one month.

If you still need them, you can contact with our online customer service representative or submit a ticket.

After payment, how can I know about my order status?

You can check your order record as following step:

Log In — My account — My order

Then you can see the order status in the top of each order.

During the processing of the order, if there is any question, we will send ticket to you as for your opinion, and you can also contact with our online customer service representative to get help or submit a ticket.

Once the order was shipped out, we will notice you the tracking number via email, so you can track the goods on line freely.

Is it possible to order less than your MOQ?

First, the minimum quantity is for per color/per size/per style, not for the mix color/size/style,except the items offered with mixed color&style.

If you order less than MOQ from www.PearlsATPearls.com, we will try our best to supply you right goods after you paid. Once still have unavailable ones, we will suggest you similar items for your reference or cancel for refund. As we have few items in stock, we hope you can order more Qty for each item, so we can arrange production for right goods directly.

Notice: The price will be 20% higher if the quantity is less than the MOQ.

How long after I pay can I expect to receive my order?

There are four key factors that will decide when you will receive your items.

Lead time: There are different processing times for different items. We typically ship about 15 days for standard order items, 3-5 days for stock items, however, we will try our best to prepare the item ASAP after you place an order on our website

5% off The total goods cost of a single order is more than US$ 20,00
8% off The total goods cost of a single order is more than US$ 30,00

1. The order discount is only for the goods cost but not shipping cost.
2. The order discount is only used to the goods which isn’t on sale-promotion.

How do you deal with those temporarily unavailable items after I place an order?

For the goods unavailable temporarily, we will provide some similar products for you to choose. There are some other options if you don’t like the products we choose for you:

A. You can choose replacement by yourself and send ticketes to us;

B. We can ship them to you with your next order when we get them restocked;

C. You can cancel the unavailable items, we will credit the products cost  and shipping cost  to your account or refund you, which depends on you.

Do you have a minimum order?

We do not have a minimum amount requirement, but each product has an individual minimum quantity requirement.

How to change shipping address for my new order?

Please kindly check the steps to change address of current orders as below:

1, Please Sign In your account on Gets.com;

2, Click “My Account” to find the order which need to change address;

3, Click“Manage Address” under the order, you will open the page as this picture:

4, To revise the address freely and click “Eidt” button to update the new information.  Successful!

5, Kindly notice us after you changed address. In order to avoid any mistake, we will ask our delivery department to pay more attention to this order.

The other hand, you can contact with your account manager to revise the address for the single order, submit us a ticket, But this will be workable for only one order, or one shipment

May I cancel or change an order?

Cancel Your Order before Payment
We will not process unpaid orders, so please just notice us the order No. which you want to cancel, we will settle the order to invalidation status for you at once. If possible, please kindly advise the reason for the cancellation.

Cancel Your Order after Payment
For paid orders, usually we will process once we receive the payment, so if you want to cancel it, kindly let us know in the first 2 days. You can ask for a refund or keep your payment as a credit. In our situation, we hope you can keep the paid orders, as once we start production, the lost will be caused by the cancellation.
If the order has been finished and ready for shipment, but you want to cancel it, we will charge 20% of goods value to recover the lost.
If the package has been sent out, we cannot cancel or change the order.

Change Your Order after Payment
Please contact us to pause the processing of your order at the earliest time, we will try our best to change the order according to your request. But once the goods are finished and can’t be changed again, hope you will agree to keep the finished goods.

If you only want to add more items into the running order, please make a new order without payment and make a comment in the order or contact us by ticket, we can combine the new items into your running order and send you updated invoice to pay the balance.
Or you can submit a ticket to let us know the item number and quantity you want to add, we can add for you too, there is no charge for this service.

Cancel Orders With Special Logo after Payment?
Items with logo is produced for the customer specially, and cannot be sold to any other one. So we will cannot cancel the order after the payment. If you want to cancel it, kindly let us know in 2 days.
